There is a fairy-tale heroine loved by children all over the world —
Cinderella. Her father is a woodcutter, and she lost her mother at a very early age.
Her father later marries a woman who already has two daughters. From the very first day,
the stepmother begins to mistreat Cinderella and makes her do all the household chores.
No matter how hard Cinderella tries, she can never please her.
In the country where Cinderella lives, the king’s son organizes a grand ball to choose
a bride he truly likes. The stepmother, overloading Cinderella with work, goes to the
celebration with her daughters, leaving the poor girl behind. Upset and in tears,
Cinderella begins to fulfill all the tasks given to her.
Then a miracle happens: a kind fairy appears. With her magic, she finishes all the chores
for Cinderella, dresses her in a beautiful gown, gives her sparkling glass slippers,
and prepares a magnificent carriage. The fairy warns Cinderella:
“You must return home before midnight, otherwise the magic will disappear, and you will be recognized.”
The moment Cinderella enters the ballroom, everyone is charmed by her beauty and grace.
The prince falls in love with her instantly and decides she should be his bride.
But when the clock strikes midnight, Cinderella rushes to leave the ball and loses
one of her glass slippers. It is this slipper that later leads the prince to her.
The stepmother still does not give up her tricks — she does everything possible
to make the prince marry one of her daughters. But the wise prince knows who the true
owner of the slipper is, finds Cinderella, and marries her.
Cinderella becomes a symbol of kindness, while the stepmother represents deceit,
teaching children the values of perseverance, honesty, and loyalty.
